Water repairs soak up snowclearing surplus (The Western Star) 8 Feb 2010
It is no secret that there hasn’t been much of a winter on the west coast. Proof of that could be heard at Monday night’s council meeting when town manager Maxine Hayden said the town saved $25,000 on snowclearing costs in the month of January alone.
